The insulated studio features a king-size bed, comfortable sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and high ceilings with large windows and a glazed door that fill the space with natural light. Guests have private use of the studio, the lawn outside and a charming woodland garden path, while nearby footpaths provide opportunities to explore the surrounding countryside. The property offers easy access to Banbury, the M40, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Blenheim and Oxford. Please note that parking is approximately 100 yards from the accommodation and access requires walking along a rough path, which may be dark at night, so suitable footwear and a torch are recommended. Basic tea and coffee are provided, but guests should bring their own milk and supplies.
