Meet Clarendon Stays, Serviced Accommodation Specialists in Warwickshire
Founded in Leamington Spa and run by the Valle family, Clarendon Stays has spent four years turning residential properties across Warwickshire and Coventry into professionally managed serviced accommodation. The business started on the HS2 project, grew through relationships with local employers including JLR, Aston Martin and National Grid, and now manages more than 40 properties for landlords who want the income of serviced accommodation without giving up their evenings to guest messages, cleaners and maintenance callouts. Every property is run by the same small team that built the company, not a franchise or an outsourced call centre.
About Clarendon Stays
Clarendon Stays is a family business, not a franchise and not a call centre in another county. Luca Valle leads the company alongside his brother, who oversees the brand and how every property looks and feels once it is finished, and their father, who runs day to day operations across the portfolio. Between them, the team is hands on with every property Clarendon Stays manages, from the first valuation conversation with a landlord through to the guest checking out. When something goes wrong at eleven o'clock at night, it is the person whose name is on the door who deals with it, not a distant support desk.

Luca Valle
Luca's career began in construction and trades, and eventually took him onto one of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. Working alongside hundreds of contractors coming into Warwickshire for months at a time, he saw first hand how poor their accommodation options usually were: tired hotel rooms with no kitchen, budget lets put together by people who had never spoken to a contractor in their lives, and companies paying well over the odds for the privilege.
At the same time, he knew landlords nearby were earning standard rent on properties that could be doing far more. That gap became Clarendon Stays. Four years on, Luca leads a portfolio of more than 40 properties across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry, working directly with landlords on one side and, on the other, with the companies that place guests with Clarendon Stays month after month.
How Clarendon Stays Started
Clarendon Stays began on the HS2 project, not in a boardroom. Luca Valle spent his early career in construction and trades, and ended up working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the country, watching hundreds of people arrive in Warwickshire for months at a time, all of them needing somewhere to stay. What they found was rarely good enough: tired hotel rooms with no kitchen, budget lets thrown together by people who had never spoken to a contractor in their lives, and companies paying well over the odds for the privilege. At the same time, landlords across Leamington Spa and Coventry were sitting on good properties earning standard rent, with no idea that this level of demand existed a few miles down the road. Clarendon Stays was built to close that gap. Properties are finished and furnished to a standard people actually want to return to, run properly with cleaning, linen, maintenance and pricing all handled, and let to the companies that need them rather than left waiting on a booking platform. Four years later, Clarendon Stays manages more than 35 active properties across Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry, working with teams from some of the region's largest employers. It remains a family business through and through, not a franchise and not a call centre in another county, which means the person answering the phone knows the properties, the postcodes and the people involved.
What We Stand For
Clarendon Stays exists to make serviced accommodation genuinely straightforward for landlords, without losing the local knowledge that makes it actually work. That means honest numbers rather than best case projections designed to win business, properties that are properly finished before they are marketed rather than just filled, and a team that already knows the companies bringing guests into Warwickshire and Coventry rather than starting from nothing on every new property. It also means being easy to trust.
Every landlord we work with gets a realistic monthly figure before they commit, based on the property, the location and current demand from our corporate clients, not a number designed purely to win the business. Once live, that same landlord gets a clear monthly statement showing every booking and every cost, and a direct line to the people actually running their property day to day, not a portal or a call centre in another county. As the portfolio grows toward 100 properties over the next year, that same standard is applied to every property Clarendon Stays takes on, whether it is the first one in a new town or the fortieth in Leamington Spa.
